We require a deposit to schedule an appointment. The required deposit is $100. This fee is applied toward your tattoo services performed at 510 Expert Tattoo and Piercing. The fee is non-refundable.

We require 24 hour notice for a cancellation, Upon the cancellation you will be granted one opportunity of a reschedule. If you miss your appointment or cancel your reschedule you will forfeit 100% of your deposit. Forfeited deposits are paid to the artist to offset any lost income they were scheduled to earn. If you cancel or no-show two times in a row (regardless if you have given a notice each time), all of your future bookings will be removed from the schedule and offered to other clients without any prior notice.

Yes a person under the age of 18 can get a body piercing with parental/guardian consent. The consenting adult must be present at the time of service and present valid ID.

No. It is not recommended to get tattooed while pregnant or breast feeding due to the possibility of infection through blood borne pathogens.

We are licensed by the state of North Carolina under the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Division of Environmental Health Section 15A NCAC 18A .3200. We are also Blood Borne Pathogens Certified and renew our First Aid Certification yearly. We follow all North Carolina laws. We are also inspected at random by the North Carolina Department Of Environmental Health Services.
